One of our candidates has arrived in China to start her year-long contract teaching English with one the schools that we have partnered with. Sarah has shared some of her experience since she’s arrived.
I have arrived in Changchun, Northeast China and my first impression is that the people welcoming, I enjoyed the welcoming dinners, and seeing all the sites of Changchun was truly amazing.
It has been a long road, from the initial interview to finally arriving, getting all the documents and all the requirements did take some time but I had a lot of help from the F&Y team to make sure everything was in order.
I have just completed my first week, it has been a bit of culture shock being in a new country but I’m starting to settle in. I have completed the training and I’m looking forward to beginning teaching.
I hope to have more updates on how things are going soon.
