Beijing Web English School
The company ‘Web International English’ was established in 1998 with the aim of providing Chinese people with a better and more effective way of learning English. To help them do this do this they use Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) software. Today, Web has become one of the biggest international English training centres in China.
The positions available at the Beijing Web international English School are located in two different areas of the city (Chaoyang and Haidian). Students at the school are aged over 18 and the class sizes are between 15 to 20 students. Staff are required to work three days during the week in addition to 2 days at the weekend (leaving 2 days free time every week) require English grammar and business English teaching. Teaching hours are usually less than 25 hours per week, with an additional 15 office hours. Duties include ESL (English as a Second Language), lesson planning and preparation as well as curriculum development.

Requirements:
The duties to be performed by the Employee include:
- Training ESL (English as a Second Language)
- Lesson planning and preparation as well as curriculum development
- Supervising tests and exams and giving level tests
- Assisting with administration including intake and placement of trainees and recording attendance
- Counselling for trainees
- Participating in the training company’s social program including – Extra Curricular Activities (ECA’s)
- Participating in Employee training programs and workshops organized by the training company
- Participating in promotional and marketing activities organized by the training company
- Attending all scheduled meetings where the teacher’s presence is required
- Other tasks assigned by the employing company or (school department) within working hours
Salary:
- 12,000 RMB monthly after tax for teachers with BA
- 10,000 RMB monthly after tax for teachers without BA
